Thank you for considering our school. Bethel Christian
Academy is a Christian learning institution, committed to providing
students with a biblically based education so they can be “A
light in today’s darkness.”
We welcome your interest in having your child attend
Bethel Christian Academy. Enclosed you will find our application
packet. Carefully read through all of the information provided.
Application paperwork must be submitted in its entirety along
with the processing fee of $250.00 for your child to be considered
for admission. This fee is non-refundable. If you have any
questions or would like to schedule a tour, please call the school
at (301) 725-4673.
Please note that the age cut-off for the K3
program is June 1st. All K3 students must be fully
potty trained. For K4 and K5 the age cut-off date is September
1st.
The admissions process is as follows:
- Application packet is logged and application fees are deposited
- Application packet is checked for completeness
- Test date is scheduled
- Test results & academic records are reviewed
- Pre-enrollment interview is scheduled
- Parent and child are interviewed
- Notification regarding acceptance is mailed within 7 business
days.

You may sit in on a class on Tuesdays (by appointment only).
Step 3: Fill out the application
form and collect required documents, then submit with the application
fees

Step 4: After we have received
your completed application, we will call to schedule testing
for students entering 1st through 8th grades.
Step 5: Testing your child:
Entering K3 – no testing (Students accepted
based on meeting the age requirement by June 1st and the pre-enrollment
interview)
Entering K4 & K5 – no testing (Students accepted based
on meeting the age requirement by September 1st and the pre-enrollment
interview)
Entering 1st and 2nd grade – 30 minutes individual skills
assessment
Entering 3rd – 8th grade – 2 hour group testing
Step 6:We
will call regarding your student's test results or to schedule a
pre-enrollment interview.
All students are to attend the interview
Step 7:
Upon acceptance into Bethel Christian Academy, you will
receive a letter and a $250.00 book and activity fee will be charged
to your account. This is also a non-refundable fee.
