Minimum Charge: $5.00 an hour (charged in ½ hour increments)

Hours Available:
7:00am – 8:05am each school morning
3:00pm – 6:00pm each school afternoon

Afternoon snack is included in the price.

All students grades K3 through 8th will be charged the hourly rate of $5.00 whether using Extended Care on a daily or occasional basis. Families with more than one student will receive a discount of 50% for each additional student utilizing Extended Care. Also, all Extended Care clubs (Tae Kwon Do, Latin, etc.) may have a separate materials and participation fee. If your child is involved in one of these clubs you will be charged for Extended Care as well. Students involved in BCA extracurricular sports are not charged for Extended Care during practice and game times.

It is school policy that students be supervised at all times. Therefore, children not picked up by 3:00 p.m. will be sent to Extended Care and parents will be charged.

School policy after 6:00pm – What happens?

If your child(ren) is not picked up by 6:00 p.m., you will be charged $1.00 for every minute you are late. For the second child you will be charged $ .50 for every minute late.
