Financial Information
Processing Fee is due with
the Student Application and the Statement of Cooperation Agreement
Form.
Processing fee for all new students: $250.00 and is non-refundable.
The Book and Activity Fee: $250.00 is due upon acceptance
and is non-refundable.
The Book and Activity Fee includes the use of all text books and
novels, annual testing, administrative services, field trips, technology,
art supplies, student periodicals (e.g., Weekly Reader, God's World,
and Current Science), and the Parent/Student Handbook. This fee
does not include the K5 or middle school graduation fee or the yearbook.

Tuition: Tuition is a set yearly rate. It may
be paid in multiple monthly payments of equal amount beginning July
1st. All tuition invoices must be paid in full by April 30th. Tuition
invoices are posted to the monthly statement which is mailed by
the 4th day of the month. All families are required to participate
in our direct debit program. Tuition and monthly fees are debited
from the parent's bank account on either the 10th or 25th of the
month.
We offer financial aid for families in need of assistance who
have completed the enrollment application paperwork. All financial
aid applications must be received by May 1, 2010 for consideration
for the 2010-2011 school year. To request an application, please
call the finance office at (301) 725-4673.
Tuition Refund Policy: Tuition is a yearly amount. Refunds are not given on registration fees or tuition payments that have already been made. If for any reason your child were to leave the school prior to completion of the school year, you will be responsible for payment of all remaining tuition.
Bethel
Christian Academy has three (3) payment plans:
Tuition Plan 1
Full tuition for the year paid on or before July 1, 2010. Any parent
choosing this plan receives a 5% discount upon payment
Tuition Plan 2
Two (2) payments during the year, the first due on or before July
1, 2010 and the second due on or before December 1, 2010.
Tuition Plan 3
Multiple monthly payments of equal amount beginning July 1st 2010.
All tuition must be paid by April 30th, 2011 by direct debit or
credit card.
Payments for tuition, Extended Care, hot lunch, etc., may be paid
with one check. Please make note in the memo section of your check or attach
a note
Entrance
Exam Schedule 2010
Due to BCA's rigorous academic
program, prospective students must pass an entrance exam prior to
the enrollment interview. Only students who have submitted a complete
application packet will be tested.
