PreK students must be four by September 1. Preschool students must turn three by September 1 and be fully potty trained.

Step 2 – Entrance Exam or Skills Assessment will be scheduled as applicable.

  • For Preschool through Kindergarten, no testing is required; proceed to Step 3.
  • For 1st and 2nd grade, a skills assessment will be scheduled.
  • For 3rd through 8th grade, formal entrance exams are conducted on designated dates. Call the office for details.
  • After testing, you will be contacted regarding your student’s results and a request for additional supplemental documentation.

Step 3 – Upload Supplemental Documentation as noted in the online Application or test results notification (as applicable).  All correspondence from the applicant’s current school is to be completed through the online referral link or mailed or faxed by the school directly to Bethel Christian Academy. Medical paperwork must be completed by the pediatrician and the parent and uploaded in the online Application.

Step 4 – Attend the Family Interview

When testing is completed and all necessary paperwork has been received, the Admissions file will be reviewed and an interview with the parents and student(s) will be scheduled.

Notification of Acceptance. Parents are notified regarding the acceptance of their student within two weeks of the interview.

Entrance Exam

Due to BCA's rigorous academic program, prospective students entering grades 3 through 8 must pass an entrance exam prior to the enrollment interview. Prospective students entering grades 1 and 2 will be scheduled for an informal academic Skills Assessment prior to the interview. Only students who have submitted a complete Application and paid the Application Fee will be tested or assessed. Please call to inquire about scheduled entrance exam dates.

Tuition Reduction Program

The BCA Tuition Reduction Program is for families who have submitted an enrollment application or who are already enrolled in the school. Apply by using the link below. This program is available to families of students who are entering Kindergarten through 8th grade. Applications must be completed by May 1st in order to receive priority consideration. Payment Plans

Bethel Christian Academy uses FACTS Tuition Management to handle all tuition and school fees. Upon acceptance into BCA, parents are required to create a tuition payment plan in FACTS. There are four TUITION payment plan options. Incidentals must be paid monthly on the due date.

Option # 1: Full tuition for the year paid on or before July 25
Option # 2: Two (2) payments in July and December by direct debit or credit card
Option #3: Bi-Monthly Plan - payments paid twice per month by direct debit or credit card.
Option # 4: Multiple monthly payments of equal amount beginning July 1st (or upon later enrollment acceptance).

All tuition must be paid in full by April 30th.

Once the student is accepted, the parent can create a payment plan through the Family Portal.
